Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by supplier. Any changes or cancellations to your booking may be subject to fees imposed by the travel supplier, as well as any applicable service fees.

Refunds, if available, are processed according to the supplier’s policies and timelines. Carry On Besties Travel does not control supplier refund processing times.

Travel Documents and Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the proper documentation for travel, including valid passports, visas, identification, and any required vaccinations. We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incorrect or missing documents.
