At Carry On Besties Travel, we understand that plans can change. Because we work with third-party travel suppliers, all refunds are subject to the policies and terms set by those providers.
Supplier-Controlled Refunds
Refund eligibility, amounts, and timelines are determined by the airline, cruise line, hotel, or tour operator associated with your booking. Each supplier has its own cancellation and refund policies, which will be provided to you at the time of booking.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Some travel arrangements may be non-refundable or have strict cancellation penalties. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept the terms set by the travel supplier.
Processing of Refunds
If a refund is approved by the supplier, it will be processed according to their timeline, which may take several weeks or longer. Carry On Besties Travel does not control or expedite supplier refund processing times.
Service Fees
Any planning or service fees charged by Carry On Besties Travel are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you through the process and communicate any applicable fees or penalties.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance may provide coverage for cancellations, interruptions, and unexpected events that are not eligible for supplier refunds.
